Ingredients

  •  1 onion finely chopped

  •  4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs I used chicken breasts
  •  2 andouille sausage links quartered
  •  1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  •  1 (4 ounce0 can diced green chilies
  •  1 tablespoon chili powder
  •  1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  •  2 teaspoons dried thyme
  •  1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  •  kosher salt + pepper
  •  1/2 cup heavy cream with 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Biscuits

  •  1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  •  1 tablespoon baking powder
  •  2 tablespoons honey
  •  4 tablespoons butter grated
  •  1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  •  3/4 cup pumpkin beer

Instructions
