Speculoos | Dutch Windmill Cookies

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • Cream the butter with the sugar till well mixed.
  • Add the egg and vanilla and blend well.
  • Add the bicarbonate, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamon and flour and blend.
  • Refrigerate the dough for concerning associate degree hour.
