Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Cream the butter with the sugar till well mixed.
- Add the egg and vanilla and blend well.
- Add the bicarbonate, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamon and flour and blend.
- Refrigerate the dough for concerning associate degree hour.
