Ingredients
- 4 large Potatoes peeled
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Butter unsalted (plus extra for greasing)
- 230 g Norwegian salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 170 g Cream cheese
- 120 g Smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoon fresh Dill chopped
- 4 medium free range Eggs
- 300 ml Milk semi skimmed
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- heat up the kitchen appliance to 190°C.
- Boil the potatoes for five minutes to melt slightly. Drain and put aside.
- Gently fry the onions within the butter till semitransparent. Add salt and pepper to style.
- Squeeze juice over the Norwegian salmon fillets and steam for 5-8 minutes. this may make sure the salmon flakes simply. ensure the Norwegian salmon is then abraded and boned and break it into sizeable chunks.
- gently grease a deep casserole dish, and create a bottom layer with the potatoes.
- Gently layer the cheese on high of the potatoes.
- Add each forms of salmon, deep-fried onions (with the butter) and dill.
- combine along the eggs and milk with salt and pepper and pour on high alternative ingredients.
- Bake for forty minutes till golden and firm.
