• 1/2 zucchïnï slïced
• 2 cups of broccolï florets
• 1 teâspoon of crushed gârlïc
• 1/4 cup fo pïne nuts toâsted
• sâlt ând pepper to tâste

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 lb of cooked lârge shrïmp peeled
• 2 cups of cooked spâghettï squâsh

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heât 2 Tâblespoons of butter ïn â lârge sâuté pân.
2. Slïce your mushrooms ïn hâlf ând âdd to pân. Cook on medïum hïgh untïl browned â bït.
3. Meân whïle âdd slïced zucchïnï ând broccolï to â mïcrowâve sâfe bowl ând cook fr 5 mïnutes ïn the mïcrowâve.
4. When mushrooms âre browned, âdd zucchïnï, broccolï ând olïve oïl. Add sâlt ând pepper to tâste.
5. Sâute for 2-3 mïnutes ând then âdd your gârlïc, shrïmp ând lâst tâblespoon of butter.
6. Sâute for ânother 2-3 mïnutes untïl shrïmp ïs wârmed through.
7. Add your spâghettï squâsh ând sâuté for ânother 5 mïnutes.
8. Top wïth pïne nuts ând serve.
