Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes about 2 pounds
    2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese divided
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup 1 stick butter, softened to room temperature (not melted)
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    6-8 slices bacon
    3 green onions
    1/2 cup crushed potato chips I prefer Kettle Brand
    Salt and pepper to taste
