BAKED SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

Ingredients
- Meatballs (I used about 1½ doz homemade meatballs)
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce (I used San Marzano Sauce)
- ½ yellow onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- ¾ spaghetti noodles
- 1-2 cups grated cheese (I used half colby-jack, half mozzarella)
- ½ cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- In massive forged iron frypan, sauté onions in oil over med/low heat. Add in garlic and continue cooking till onions ar tender.
- Add braised meatballs.
- Add spaghetti sauce sauce and tsp Italian seasoning.
- Heat over med/low heat for regarding 20-30 minutes.
- In separate massive pot, cook pasta noodles in step with package directions (under cook by a pair of minutes).
- With massive slotted spoon, scoop meatballs from sauce and put aside.
- Scoop braised pasta (with massive slotted spoon) into spaghetti sauce sauce. Add in regarding ½ cup food cookery water. Gently stir till food is totally coated with sauce.
- Add braised meatballs to prime of pasta.
- prime with cheese cheese.
- Bake at 350* for approx 20-30 minutes or till hot and bubbly and cheese is melted .
