Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)
  • ¼ cup golden flaxmeal
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 5 large eggs

Instructions

  • in a very kitchen appliance mix almond flour, flaxmeal, bicarbonate, and salt
  • Pulse in apple acetum and eggs
  • Transfer batter to a lubricated eight in. forged iron pan
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes
  • Serve
