Keto Lava Cake – Low Carb

Ingredients :

– 1 large egg
– 2 tbsp salted butter
– 2 tbsp of almond flour
– 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 ½ tbsp erythritol
– 2 tbsp coconut flour
– ¼ tsp vanilla extract
– ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

– put the butter inside the mug
– microwave for 25 seconds to melt
– add sweetener (low carb/low glycemic sweetener
– add the cocoa powder
– mix and add the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and vanilla
– add the egg
– mix until everything is combined
– microwave for a minute and a half
– let it cool
– take it ( or not) out of the mug
– decorate with your favorite fruit
