Chili, Lime & Cumin Cod

Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs fresh cod fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano or 12 teaspoon dried parsley or 12 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 14 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime, juice of

Directions

  • Heat kitchen appliance to 450°F.
  • Coat kitchen appliance safe pan with oil or preparation spray.
  • Place cod in pan.
  • Sprinkle flavourer, herb and salt.
  • Roast 5-7 minutes till opaque.
  • soften butter in tiny pan.
  • Add cumin and juice and cook for one a lot of minute.
  • Before serving drizzle butter mixture over cod.
