Ingredients
100g okonomiyaki flour (If you do not find Okonomiyaki Flour, use 2 cups of plain flour mixed with 1 1/2 cups of dashi or water.)100ml water
1 egg
1/4 cabbage
1 spring onion
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce (Okonomiyaki Sauce Recipe is: 3 x tbsp ketchup, 1 x tsp soy sauce, 1 x tbsp Worcestershire sauce)
dried bonito flakes
aonori seaweed
pickled ginger
tenkasu tempura flakes
meat or seafood
Directions
- combine 100g okonomiyaki flour and 100ml water along and put aside.
- Chop the cabbage and onion finely and raise the batter combine. Add your chosen fillings like meat or food.
