Ingredients
- 12 ounce filet of wild salmon
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper to taste
- Pinch of dry parsley
- A squirt of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- heat up the kitchen appliance on high broil.
- Place a forged iron frypan beneath a pre-heated broiler for concerning 10 minutes.
- take away the pan from the broiler and place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the heated forged iron pan.
- Season the salmon with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Place the forged iron back beneath the broiler and cook for concerning eight or ten minutes.
- Before serving the salmon, prime with a squeeze of recent juice
