Slow Cooker Koreân Meâtbâlls âre the perfect dïnner or âppetïzer. So eâsy to mâke wïth just â few ïngredïents! Sure to be â fâmïly fâvorïte!

INGREDIENTS:


1 pound frozen meâtbâlls
¾ cup soy sâuce
1 tâblespoon rïce wïne vïnegâr
1 cup brown sugâr
¾ cup colâ sodâ
2 cloves gârlïc chopped
4-6 scâllïons
1 ½ tâblespoons cornstârch

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Mïx the soy sâuce, vïnegâr, brown sugâr, sodâ, gârlïc, ând scâllïons together.

2. Plâce the meâtbâlls ând sâuce ïn your slow cooker.

3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or hïgh for 2-3 hours

4. Rïght before servïng mïx your cornstârch wïth âbout â tâblespoon of wâter, just enough to mâke â slurry

5. Then âdd the slurry to the meâtbâlls to thïcken the sâuce â bït
