Instant Pot Crack Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon diced in pieces, raw
  • 4 chicken breasts 2 whole cut in half
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Buttermilk Recipe ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise more or less to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions to taste, I use about 3 stems worth

Instructions

flip Instant Pot to sauté mode on high - Once it says 'Hot', add diced bacon and cook till done.
flip the moment Pot off and take away the burnt bacon to a plate
Drain the bacon grease from the moment Pot.
Place chicken breasts and cheese within the instant pot.
Pour broth over the chicken and cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with ranch powder combine.
shut the lid and ensure the lid is sealed.
Cook on manual setting on high for quarter-hour.
Once the moment Pot is finished on high, use natural pressure unleash for five minutes and so do a fast unleash (careful to not get within the manner of the steam).
take away chicken to an oversized bowl to shred (I use my hand mixer for this - this is often my favorite hand mixer and it's on sale! )
flip the moment Pot back to sauté mode and whisk the cheese to thicken and cream.
Add the chicken back within the Instant Pot together with the mayo.
Stir the chicken, cheese and salad dressing till it's all combined and so high with the sliced cheese, reserved bacon and inexperienced onions.
Serve on the simplest buns you'll notice and ENJOY!
